I have been involved with buying or selling a house in Fairfield & Black Rock 8 different times. I found Katie for the last two transactions and she was amazing. Katie knows this market and knows how to sell a house and find the house you are looking for. She is always working and has the connections and experience to get you the best deal for the house you want. She loves what she does and it shows. In the late spring, early summer of 2021 our family started the crazy and difficult process of selling and buying a home! My family has been in the same home for more than 15 years so this whole process of home buying and selling was somewhat new and a little scary for us. Making all this happen during a pandemic sure made things a whole lot harder. Thank God we had our Amazing Realtor® Barbara Voytas by our sides from day 1, right up to and even after the process was completed! Barbara was always the constant professional who knew her job and performed it very well. She was always just a phone call away no matter the time or day or night. Even while on vacation she responded to our calls. She did an outstanding job selling our family home in days after our open house for above the asking price!
