Molly Jackson brings a background in marketing, events, and design-focused client relations to her role at Compass. Before transitioning into real estate, she spent over a decade working across the fashion, media, and interiors industries, most recently as Marketing & Membership Director at Business of Home, where she partnered closely with interior designers and design professionals nationwide.
Through that experience, Molly developed a deep appreciation for architecture, interiors, and the emotional connection people have to their homes. Combined with her background in high-touch client service and event production, she brings an organized, thoughtful, and personalized approach to real estate.
A Southport resident and Fairfield County native, Molly is passionate about helping clients navigate the local real estate market and discover everything the area has to offer.
