A real estate professional since 2013, Annette Palmieri proudly serves as a Licensed Realtor for Katie O’Grady & Team at Compass in Westport. Born and raised in Fairfield County, CT, this longtime resident has enjoyed living in the area for many years and raising her kids here all of which went through the Fairfield public school system. She is a valuable resource for both her clients and her team, with extensive knowledge of the local market and extremely creative in her marketing strategies.

Annette works with buyers, sellers, renters, and landlords in Fairfield and New Haven Counties, but has great expertise in Fairfield, Easton, Trumbull, Monroe, Westport, Stratford, and Milford. Having grown up with a contractor father, she’s always had a hand in the housing market and been intrigued by real estate; so much so that she built and renovated homes for herself and her family, and recently started flipping homes in Fairfield County, complementing her brokerage work.

She is further known for her no/low-cost staging for listings that have gotten multiple offers within the first few weeks.

Annette received a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Connecticut. She speaks Polish, and loves hiking, going to flea markets, and exploring the Connecticut coastline. Her free time is mainly spent with her children, nieces, and nephews, and helping friends and family members with refreshing their homes!
