Ann Roach is a lifelong Fairfield resident with extensive experience working in the adjacent city of Bridgeport and its Black Rock neighborhood. Fairfield might be a large city, but it feels more like a cozy, medium-sized community with a robust family-oriented vibe.
Ann is intimately familiar with Fairfield’s wholesome environs because of her deep ties to the area. Ann was raised alongside six siblings by a nurse and a Superior Court Justice. Her connection to the region has continued into adulthood, as she and her husband Tim raised their three children in the city. An expert on all things Fairfield, Ann looks forward to passing that knowledge along to her clients.
Ann and her husband have bought and sold several investment properties in the Black Rock neighborhood throughout the years. Her business ventures piqued her interest in real estate and led her to join Compass’s Katie O’Grady Team. Ann enjoys forging long-lasting client relationships, working with a team, and using her business savvy to provide exceptional service.
Additionally, Ann intends to use her natural prowess and outgoing personality to create an engaging social media presence to benefit her clients. A trustworthy, loyal, and outgoing individual, Ann is the type of person you’ll want in your corner, helping you search for the right home and reveling in your shared excitement.
With more than 30 years spent in corporate marketing and sales, Ann has proven herself to be a proficient businesswoman. She is the proud owner of two global companies, including Collegiate Silver, which has secured licensing at more than 20 top-tier universities, including Notre Dame and Stanford. Having spent decades in the business, Ann has an undeniable grasp on consumerism that makes her well-suited for real estate.
On weekends, Ann enjoys sailing and playing tennis at the Black Rock Yacht Club, of which she is a longtime member. She is also an active Gaelic American Club volunteer.
