We’re not sure that it is possible to adequately thank Celie for all her help as we navigated our move and new home search from another state. From our very first virtual meeting—a Zoom call from Massachusetts— we could tell this would be a good match. Celie’s warmth, humor, knowledge of the CT housing market, and steady support as we rode the highs and lows of searching for a home during an unprecedented housing market from 150 miles away was so appreciated.  Celie was our tireless guide; touring homes with us, attending open houses and giving us tours via face time when we couldn’t be there in person, highlighting pros and cons of house details we may have missed, or connecting with listing agents and colleagues on our behalf, we always felt well taken care of. When our home search stretched into month three, we felt a huge sense of relief when Celie was able to secure a short term rental (with favorable terms) for us; even better when Celie knew the neighborhood personally and introduced us to neighbors that became our good friends.  As the home search continued, Celie helped us better understand the location we wanted to be and invited us to neighborhood parties, introduced us to new friends, loaned us tools and always offered support when we needed it—whether it was part of the house search or not.  In the end, we found our perfect home in our perfect neighborhood and have happily stayed in touch with Celie as a good family friend.
